The amenities were great, including two indoor and two outdoor hot springs which we enjoyed using. the views were beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly. the meals were of high quality and the traditional Japanese room was cozy and comfortable.

The property was located quite far from popular tourist spots and it was a challenge to find a way to get there without a car. the weak WiFi signal in the room made it difficult to stay connected.

Nestled amidst the serene mountainous area, the hotel offers a worthwhile retreat from the bustling city life. The rooms are cozy, spacious, and equipped with comfortable beds. The private onsens, both indoor and outdoor, provide an ultimate relaxation experience amid the beautiful natural surroundings. The staff is friendly and provides helpful service. The traditional Japanese breakfast is delicious and served in a relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel's remote location could be a bit challenging to access without a car.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the mountains! The traditional Japanese rooms were spacious and provided breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff, especially Takizawa, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our stay was comfortable. The natural onsens added a touch of luxury and relaxation to our trip.

We couldn't find anything negative about this hotel, it was simply perfect!

The private onsens were amazing and very relaxing. The location was secluded and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was far away from public transportation and difficult to find by car. There were no dinner options outside the hotel, which was inconvenient.
